Hello,

I'm currently working on a company under a manpower agency. I'm already a regular and serving over a year now.
They said that there is no increase for regulars just the minimum wage only.

So is it legal?

yes ang requirement is only minimum wage. increase in wages are not mandatory as long as you are already receiving equal or above minimum
