Arresto Menor

Im currently working at an English Tutoring company owned by a Korean and I was wondering if their practices are legal..

First, employees have no contracts. Nobody knows the status of their employment if they are probationary or regular. They only offer contracts during the peak season and thats only to make sure tge employees dont resign.

Second, tgey dont collect sss/tax from the employees. If im ight, these government dues are MANDATORY right? And if tyere are exemptions, they should be filed specifically? Ive noticed that alll of my korean employers are like this. So I wanted to ask if this was legally permissible. And then we don't have leaves.

If any of these situations are unlawful, how do i start filing a complaint? Thank you
