Good afternoon. Question lang po. Anu po ang pwedeng gawin kasi nakareceive po ang brother ko ng subpoena but late na nareceive. Hindi na sya nakapunta sa 2 hearing sa fiscal for preliminary investigation. Ano po kaya ang pwede namin gawin. Maraming salamat po sa sasagot

Your brother should still go to the court and talk to the clerk of court there, so that the matter can be settled in accordance with court procedures.

Makikita naman dapat sa records ng korte kung kailan napadala yung Subpoena through mail, and they can verify it with the courier kung kailan na-deliver yung subpoena sa residence nyo.

Push comes to shove, you should consult with a lawyer regarding your situation.
