Arresto Menor

I received a subpoena for Slight Physical Injuries.
I can not attend due to i am currently working here in Japan.
I send a letter together with all related evidence to my parents and ask them to give it to office of prosecutor but they did not accept
because they need it to be consularize but it was so expensive here in Japan.
Last Dec. 16, 2014 We went to Barangay to file a complain against this person for physical injuries, Grave Threat and Attempted Murder
( for attacking me a bolo).
We have a:
1.Medico-legal of my Wife with picture of her bruise
2.Copy of our complain at Barangay office
3.Endorsement letter from Barangay officer that we can file a case against them But since i need to leave i can not pursue my case
against them so i decided to just leave.
Then suddenly they sent subpoena in our home in Philippines that they also file a case for slight physical injuries against me but that
was all a lie just to counter my complain and they think i already file a case against them since i have a endorsement letter from Barangay.
Their testimony at Barangay is different from what is written at subpoena.
I sent a letter to my parents include some evidence but the office of prosecutor didn't accept unless it was consularize.
What should i do since as i can not send a consular letter due the cost here is Japan is so expensive.
I am planning to send again a letter with my signature then ask my parents to have notarize in Philippines.
Is this acceptable. I can not go home since i have a contract until December 2015.
