Good-day people,

Im just started my first job last September and noticed in payroll slip that theirs is PF(processing fee) deduction on my payroll account.

What does your contract with the Manpower agency say?
The agency need to earn some somehow Smile for their work.
It can be some from the employee
or some from the company (but then the company would perhaps have paid less salary to the employee instead).

(Compare: Some Manpower agencies for OFW do more (find work, health check, work permit, flight cost...) When the Agency paid such costs, then it's common the Agency take even HALF of the salary during the first half year or so depending of how high the costs were.)

Its for local employment only, the company said they bill the company I work for for admin fee so that is their source of income,

Talk to the manpower agency. Ask to review your contract with them regarding the PF.
