good day!
tanong lang po kung saan ako pwedeng makakuha ng employees salary standard based on company size. may ginagawa po kasi kaming review ng aming salary scale. sa pagkakaalam ko po, hindi basta makakakuha ng ganung info sa mga companies dahil sa secrecy ng salary.
kelangan ko lang po is company size, positions and their respective salaries. more or less po kasi nasa 100M ang asset size ng aming company.

the only thing you can do is to request the info from your management, but they don't have the obligation to release that info to you.
