CHARGES FOR BAD ORDER PRODUCTS

Hi I worked in a supermarket in the Receiving department for more than a year, just this august I became the Bad Order Custodian (the person responsible for taking bad orders of the suppliers and return it to them) since them I got a lot of charges for my mistakes on counting the items to return to the vendor, the items were Bad Orders (damaged, expired, deffective) those items to be charged are subject to be return again to the supplier without any hassle and to be just removed from the box where it was miscounted, sa madaling salita HINDI PO NAMIN NAKUKUHA ANG ITEMSA HALIP AY BINABALIK DIN NAMIN SA SUPPLIER, AT MINSAN ANG ISANG ITEM FIR EXAMPLE PIATOS 80GRMS FOR 11 php.. it will be charge 11php for each involve personnel, for us (the diser and checker).can I bring this issue to the DOLE?

Iniinform naman po kami pag ginagawan kami ng report at sinasabing for charging ang pagkakamali, pero wala kaming pinipirmahan sa report with managers disposition na for charging ito. At para po kasing di na makatarungan yung charging dahil mga patapong pagkain na ito na kung tutuusin ay ibabalik din naman namin sa supplier.

Maselan na function ang napasukan mo dahil involved ang kaparahan at subject to abuse. At ayon sa sityasyon, internal concern ito ng staff, ng manager at ng finance or audit tungkol sa control. Bakit di pagusapan with manager at ipareview ang documentation, control at accountability. Kung ang supermarket mo ay part of chain, bakit hindi magtangong sa iba kung paaano ang siste nila.
