Ako po ay nagkakaso sa RTC 36, Gapan city nuong 1993. Dahil po duon nagisyu ng Departure Hold Order ang nasabing trial court laban sa akin.Subalit pagkaraan po ng 15 tao, ako ay napawalang sala kung kaya ang DFA ay pinagkalooban ako ng Passport. Gusto ko po sanang pumunta sa USA pero nangangamba po ako na di ako payagan ng Bureau of immigration kaya ako po ay humihingi ng payo sa inyo. ano po ba dapat kong gawin para ako ay huwag pigilan ng bureau of Immigration sa aking pagalis.

check first with the Bureau of Immigration if you are on the derogatory list. if so, get a certified true copy of the decision acquitting you and file a request for lifting at the BI.
