my friend need advice regarding her business debt.. single proprietor po un business.. meron po syang utang s supplier na mejo over due na.. nakiki usap po sya n bigyan p sya ng time pra makabayad since wla tlga sya pambayd kc wla napasok n sales s business nya.. ndi nabenta ung mga stocks na nakuha s supplier kya ung sinisingil ng supplier is napunta sa inventory.. nag suggest ung suppleir ng they will get the stocks ( babawiin ) pra makabayad o makabawas ng utang.. kso ang gusto nila mag aadd sila ng 40% from total inventory cost ksi nag issued naman dw ng purchse order .. tama po ba un? ksi masyado mataas ung imposed nila n interest.. isa pa DR sales nman un.. d nmn sya naka invoice? d n nga po mkabayad lalo pa nila ginipit.. ano po kya ung pde gawin.. ksi po balak n tlga n ibalik n lng ung mga items n bili s knila kc wla tlga pambayad.. advice po.. tnx

she can counter offer to return the items with promise to pay 10% for damages. or whatever figure she deems right.
