Hello..I hope I can get response through this. I am helping and assisting the family of my husband about their case of unlawful detainer against their once-renters who have not paid for 3 years and more and some intermittently did their payments.For this they filed a case against these people. These people made renovations which is in BAD FAITH, trying to withhold the property. They have contracts,which all are stated. However they have "breached". They are trying to "own"the land. Please let me know what can you say about this?thank you

I see that a case has already been filed which means that a lawyer is handling the case. He/she is in the better position to give you legal advice. sifone

Yes we do. I am confident enough about our case. In fact I gave him the copy of my research to ensure that all facts are there. But it would be nice to have an idea from another lawyer. Just for information Wink
