question.. help

yung mobile phone ko na postpaid hindi ko nabayaran.. umabot ng 13,500 yung sinisingil sakin... nakakakuha na ko ng letters ngayon from the law firm.. i want to settle my debt pero hindi ko kaya isang bagsakan... pwede po ba yun?
and hindi ba ako magkakaron ng negative credit rating? ma-aapprove pa ba ko ng mga loans?

For sure nasa CMAP LISTING na ang name mo. Mahihirapan ka na maka-utang at maka-kuha ng bagong celphone post paid kahit sa ibang company

CMAP is an association of different companies that gives sevices, andun ang listing sa mga di nagbabayad.

Pero what if i want to settle my debt, pero hindi nga lang isang bagsakan would my name still show on that list?

unfortunately, yes. it's a privately maintained list. make an offer you can afford and see if they will accept it.
