Arresto Menor

FACTS:

  • A and B are heirs of the estate of F
  • B owns a certain piece of land, donated to him by F years ago
  • The piece of land was sold back to F by B, but the titles remain in the name of B
  • On a written document setting forth the division of a net estate, the piece of land is to be inherited by A
  • The written document has been signed by all parties involved

QUESTION:

  1. Can A sign for B in a deed of sale from B to A of the piece of land?
