Good afternoon. I need help for my brother’s case. He shoplifted at Robinson’s Supermarket. He was jailed and he bailed. He met the Robinson’s Officer for settlement but they asked 30,000 pesos which he couldn’t really afford.
Months after, we received a letter from the court and it says that there will be a pre trial meeting.
Just want to know, what will be our best course of action for this.
