I need legal opinion please.
My family has living been in a compound for 3 generations. Our elders for some reason has no title of the land and our family has continued to live and brought up 3 generations in this property. The originsl land owner has already passed, my grandparents also gone. Now the daughter of the land owner is pushing my family to move out unless we pay a monthly installment of thousands of pesos. What should we do? Do we have legal rights to consider being long term occupant of the land? I appreaciate any feedback. Thank you.
