Ang kinatatayuan po ng bahay nmin ngayon ay hindi s amin, there was a verbal agreement between our parent and the owner of the to sell this property before.it has been almost 20 years na po ng yung transaction na yun, namatay n po yung may ari na lupa, so yung anak niya na ang naninigil s amin, the problem is, we are very much willing to pay the amount pero wla pong pinapkita yung anak nya na titulo...at present sabi ng anak nya mgbayad n lng dw kmi using an absolute deed of sale using the pricing before..
Anu po ba yung mga dapat na requirement na dapat nkastipulate deed of sales pra ito ay maging valid na transaction.
