Arresto Menor

Our buyer wants to use her Aunt's name instead of hers on a property she bought from us, because she said she just bought a property outside the country and for some reason she said that her company or the country she is residing right now forbids her to buy another in a specific time frame. The deed of sale was on her name, the process of transfer is nearly done and we have already got her Tax Dec on her name, what's only left now is the proper registration of title to Register of Deeds then the Assessors office. Is there any way we can help our buyer? Can she use her Aunts name for the land title but have limited access on the property such as: she cannot sell the property or will not have any power over it unless permitted by our buyer? Hope you can help me.
