Hi,
I'm currently working as an IT Security but at the same time me and my friends are working on a mobile game application which in the future we hope to be become a business. Is this legal to do? Especially we plan to resign to our employers once the app becomes successful.

Hello, here's the Non-competition snippet from the contract

CompanyX reserves the right to rescind this offer or terminate your employment in the event of your providing CompanyX with any false or incorrect information. NON-COMPETITION During your employment with the Company, you agree to devote your full professional time and effort the of CompanyX and not be employed on a full-time, part-time or temporary basis-whether with or without pay-by any company, person, legal entity or public authority or to be occupied in your own business, without the prior written consent of CompanyX. Furthermore, as an employee of CompanyX, you are not allowed to work for any of its competitors or subcontractors within twelve (12) months from the time of your resignation/termination from the company. If you seek work with a competitor or subcontractor of CompanyX during the Period, you must provide them with a copy of this letter before accepting the assignment. The undertakings above are considered by you and CompanyX to be reasonable in all circumstances. However, if any are invalid, but would have been valid by deleting a portion of the wording, or reducing either a time period or the range or scope of activities, then such undertakings shall apply with only the modifications necessary to make them valid. You also confirm that you have disclosed fully to CompanyX all your business interests whether or not they are similar to or in conflict with the business or activities of CompanyX. You agree to disclose fully to CompanyX any such interest or circumstances which may arise during your employment. violation of this clause shall entitle the Company to seek injunctive relief and/or hold you liable for liquidated damages in accordance with Article 17
