Good afternoon
Our company placed us on floating status since last week of July 2011 they told us that they will look for a new program na malilipatan and while doing that wag daw muna kme magreport sa trabaho. We consistently txting our HR manager asking if may malilipatan na kme kaya lang lagi nilang sinasabi na wala pa daw. Almost 4 mos na po kmeng walang trabaho. walang documentation re: our bench status.
What can we do re: this matter and ano po pwede namin i-file na case or to get reinstated.
