Hi there. I want to know if my boyfriend and I can have a civil wedding if he's still married with his first wife while the annulment of their wedding is still on process?

Im not a lawyer, but the i think the answer is no. Wala pa ngang finality ang Annulment, so pwede pang di igrant ng court un.

its a big no no because there is no declaration of nullity of marriage yet from the court..by doing so ur partner will be liable for bigamy..

both of you will be liable for bigamy because you know he was married so don't do it.
