Hi Good day po.. nais ko pong humingi ng opinyon... yung boyfriend po kasi ng pinsan ko.. pinagkakalat po na naghubad ako sa harapan nya... ginawa ko daw po yon 1996 sa bahay nila... pinag lagpas ko po ng maraming taon ang pinag kakalat nya,.. nainis na lng po ako hanggang ngayon pati sa mga kaibigan ng pamangkin ko... yun pa rin po ang sinasabi nya.. nag sumbong lang po yung mga bata sken...

Kung magsusumbong po ako sa Barangay.. papansinin po ba ako dun?? mabibigyan po ba ng katarungan ang ginagawa nyang pinag kakalat na walang katotohanan?

at the bgy, there can only be a settlement. if none, you can get a certificate to file action and continue the complaint at the prosecutor's office

may karapatan po ba ko sa harapan ng bahay ko?ano pong legal basis? anong article po sa civil code? may nag pa park kasi na jeep sa harapan ng bahay ko na wala man lang paalam at permission ko..pwede po ba bigyan nyo po ko ng example ng barangay complaint para po makagawa ako at maibigay ko sa barangay namin.salamat po
