Arresto Menor

My wife cheated me so I filed an annulment case to end everything between us, she didn't appear on the hearing twice until the lawyer told me that my application is invalid because it exceeds for more than 6 months, do I have to re apply again? what if she didn't appear again?

Yung ibang mga property ko nasa kanya na, talaga bang dapat makuha nia ang mga yun gayong wala pa naman kaming anak at isa pa siya ang nanlalaki at bakit siya pa ang parang nakikinabang?

ano po ba dapat kong gawin sa situation na ganito?
