Arresto Menor

My ex-husband filed recently an adultery case against me & my partner... 7 years after he learned about my relationship with my partner. His purpose was to force me to give up my daughter to his custody. He is semi-paralyzed due to stroke and no longer has a job. Right from the start - I already informed him and his family of my plan to file an annulment but they beg me not to - atleast until my ex finds a job etc etc.. so I cancelled it and go on living with my present partner, that was in 2002 - They are well aware of my status and he even calls our daughter thru my partner's cellphone every now and then.. That was prior to his stroke. Do you think I have a chance to win this? i already have two kids with my partner and he used it as evidence when he filed the case. please help Thanks much

what is written on the children's birth certificates? that you are single and your partner is the father?

he has 10 years to initiate the case, but you can try to prove that he consented to the relationship.

you can consider entering into a joint custody agreement.

even if you are convicted of adultery, you can apply for probation.

yes, both of them can apply for probation and do not have to serve imprisonment.

Is there pardon for bigamy? What if both 1st and 2nd spouse had consented on the 2nd existing marriage?

hi atty! sa bc ng 2nd daughter ko with my partner po lumabas na married na kami ng partner ko.. (we got married in 2006) nung nag present po sya ng evidence only the bc ng 2 kids & marriage contract lang namin ng partner ko and sya as witness ang pinrisent ng atty nya. on march 19 po turn ko na to present my witnesses. do i have a bigger chance of winning this if me, my partner, my mom 2 neighbours & yung daughter namin ng ex ko will be my witnesses? abandonment with no support and consent po ang defense ko.I'm also planning to read a written statement in the court narrating instances na he was aware of my relationship wd my husband now, na wala sya support sa bata..what do you think atty?
