Question
After malaman ng wife at nagsampa.ng concubinage case at tinatanggap nya parin ang pag visit ng husband sa bahay in regular basis at nakakpag overnight pa occasionaly ang husband at nag engage pa sila sa sexual intercourse..valid paba ang concubinage case?

What you have mentioned is not a valid ground for the dismissal of the concubinage case, as per our Revised Penal Code and Jurisprudence relevant to your case.

Ask ko langbpo kahit po ba 31 days na nakakalipas sa cctv eh, irerecap padin ng sm yon? Ilang days ba ang nireretain ng cctv sa sm malls? Salamat po

I have no idea on the internal procedures of SM regarding their CCTV footages.

You should ask someone who works for the SM Security regarding your query.
