Is it legal that the screenshot message receive from unknown source will use to terminate us from our job?
But the screenshot message came from a dummy account from social media.

you need to provide more details on what happened. ano ang nasa screenshot. sino ang ni screenshot? was the person given a chance to explain? was the person a regular employee?
