I'm a CPA, currently employed to construction company and working for about 2 months now. When time i've started my employment, i signed a contract saying that i have to render my service in the company for 2 years. and now i've noticed that the improvement that company suppose to provide me is not inline to my chosen field. Gusto ko po sanang mag resign to my job, ang tanong ko ay, pwede ba ipacancel ng ang license ko as CPA with a reason of a breach of contract, natatakot po kasi ako eh.

hindi nila pwede ipa-cancel ang license mo dahil lang dyan.

pero pwede kang kasuhan para humingi ng danyos kung di ka tutupad sa kontrata mo.

pwede ka umalis anytime, pero merong mga consequences kung hindi mo tinupad ang nakasaad sa kontrata.

The only times na pwede kang umalis ng biglaan na walang pananagutan ay kung meron silang ginawang masama sa iyo -

(b) An employee may put an end to the relationship without serving any notice on the employer for any of the following just causes:

1. Serious insult by the employer or his representative on the honor and person of the employee;
2. Inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative;

3. Commission of a crime or offense by the employer or his representative against the person of the employee or any of the immediate members of his family; and

4. Other causes analogous to any of the foregoing.
