Breach of Contract - Contract Already Ended

Good Day. Tanong ko lang po kung pwede pa ba akong kasuha ng breach of contract kahit tapos nag-end na po ung contract. Ang employment contract ko po kc ay 2 1/2 years. I've started Mar 10, 2010 tapos po nag AWOL ako ng Jan 17, 2013.. Ngayon po gusto akong kausapin ng previous employer ko regarding daw po sa employment contract which is nag end na nga po last Sep 10, 2012 at hindi naman po na renew. Pag di daw kami nag usap eh idedemanda nya ako. Ayaw ko na din po kasing bumalik dun sa employer ko. Di ko pa po alam kung anong pwede nyang idemanda sakin kundi Breach of Contract dahil regarding daw sa contract ang paguusapan namin. Or meron pa pong ibang case kapag nag-AWOL ang employee. Wala din po kasi akong copy ng contract ko kaya di ko din alam kung san nya ako i-sasanction pag nag demanda sya. Ano po kayang pde kong kaharaping kaso kung sakaling mag demanda sya?

it will depend on what was written on your contract. but considering you stayed on even after its expiry, then imo, you should have rendered a proper notice period of 30 days.
