Magtatanong lang po tungkol sa pagpapatitulo ng lupa para sa Tita ko po.1985 pa po nabili ng Tita ko sa father nya ang property.Namatay po ang lolo ko 2001.Titled land po sya pero hindi po nailipat sa pangalan ng Tita ko ang title.Ngayon po gusto nyang ipa transfer sa pangalan nya ang property.Bale nakabayad na po sya way back 1985 ng CAR at transfer tax hindi lang po naasikaso sa LRA.Ang tanong ko po valid pa po ba yung CAR at transfer tax way back 1985 kung ngayon po ipapa-transfer sa pangalan nya ang property?.
