Hi attorney, just want to consult. If process of deduction change because they want to make sure that there will be no balances left just in case the the employee got an early delivery.even if it will cause financial shortage of the pregnant employee. The employee asked for a consideration may times but decline. Leave is not also approved right away Unless filed 2weeks earlier but what happened is an emergency and pregnant employee still have available leave. Deduction process was 1-15 absences and late etc. all will be deducted to the 30th payout and for 16-30 absences and late etc. Will be deducted on the 15th payout. It really gives a big inconvenience to the pregnant employee that also may cause of pre labor incident happened because of treatment that she is getting with the management.
