Arresto Menor

Hi,

My hire date is JULY 29, 2014. My regularization date should fall on JANUARY 29, 2015 but I have never received any advise if I will be regularized or not 30 days before my regularization date.

This is a bpo company and after 5 months of stay as an insurance verification specialist, they transferred me to a very stressful and goal driven sales account with only 2 days of training that I believe resulted to my treathened miscarriage.

I have been absent from work due to threatened miscarriage thats why my supervisor informed me that I will not be regularized due to these recent absences. I kept on informing them if my intent to go back to work everyday and made sure that they are up to date with my condition every single day. And Im sure that they are very much aware that if they will base my regularization on my performance I should be able to pass and get regularized. If incase I can file a complaint, will it be in my favor? What are the cases that I can file against them and how will I be compensated for such stress and emotional trauma that this has caused me now. PLEASE give some assistance.
