Hi, is it okay to implement non-refundable downpayment and no return no exchange policy?
I'm asking this since I'm planning to open up a small printing business and this business nature is all customized/personalized prints. For example I have to use the DP for the initial prints and I can't issue any refund since I can't resell the customized named prints. Question
