hi atty, connected din ho ito sa pagkawala ko ng trabaho, may kinuha kase ako na bahay na hinuhulugan ko pa lang yung downpayment, di na makabayad since wala na ako trabaho, gusto ko sana ma-refund kahit portions lang nung ibinayad ko, sabi sa akin ng developer di ko na raw marerefund yun kahit nasa 120k na? ano po ba paraan para marefund ko pa yung pera kahit hindi na sya buo?

pareho tayo ng problem Sad para namanng unfair sa mga buyers ang sinasabing maceda law , pag nagbackout ka di na refundable if less than 2years ka palang nagbabayad regardless kung gano kalaki na ang na down mo? where in fact di naman in-explain ng agent yan prior ka kumuha....para kang namigay ng libreng puhunan sa developer Sad

sa Maceda Law, heto yung sinasabi eh:
Sec. 4. In case where less than two years of installments were paid, the seller shall give the buyer a grace period of not less than sixty days from the date the installment became due.
