I have a friend who left his previous employer because he did not like how they treat him. So one day he left without notice and applied to a different company. Since the current employer has two sites, one of the site is on the same building where his previous employer's office.
His previous employer stop him to work because he was not cleared yet so he did the necessary and got clear now the HR told him he cant work until the 30 days from being cleared.
Was his previous employer has the right to stop him from working in a different company?
