Hi dear lawyers,
I have a question po. My partner has a problem with his birth certificate. He was using his fathers surname all through out his life. We are about to get married. Nung kukuha n sya ng birthcertificate sa nso. Ibang surname ung lumalabas. It turns out na mali ung finile ng daddy nya na surname. The problem is both of his parents died nung bata pa xa. Only child pa. Ano pong process n ggwn nmn and mgkno po kaya ang aabutin. Thank you sa tutulonh.
