My sister has been employed to this company thru an agency. for 2 years she has been working in that company, all of a sudden bigla sinabi sa kanya na the company are downsizing kaya isa siya mga affected employees na matatangal. May habol ba siya dun? specially she's been there for 2 years already. I was sad to her news kasi she has been loyal and and with a lot of hope na maging regular employee siya then bigla na lang siyang tatangalin. Thanks for the advise.
