if it's a project base employment, if the project finishes, they can terminate your service usually a few days notice.

what if it is stated in the contract that a written notice stating the reason for termination of contract was not followed? the written notice only stated that they are terminating the contract immediately upon receipt and was given the 1 month salary in advance?

ask ko lang po,contractual po ako sa isang company pero hawak po ako ng isang agency,6 years n po ako sa company,at bagong lipat po ako ng agency nung may 2012,may chance po b akong ma regular sa company?may laban po ba ako kapag nilapit ko po sa labor?
