If you work for a company for 1 year (due to different contract), then they should have regularized you. If you are under agency, then the agency should give you a regularization papers. otherwise, report that agency to DOLE.

ganun ho ba, bakit ho sa naifile ko na kaso for illegal dismissal, nanalo yung agency sa ganitong situation? kase yung lawyer di man lang nag-attached ng kait ano annex ng at least isang contract, tapos yung judge ang ikinonsider lang nya sa decision ay yung current contract lang. although nabanggit sa reply namin I was repeated hired for five yrs with 3 month contract duration for every contract signed.

mayron ho ba NGO na nagprovide ng legal assistance kase sa PAO ho ako lumapit, it seems yun PAO lawyer ibibigay nya yung reply a few hours before hearing so wala ako sapat na time para ipareview sa ibang lawyers to get second opinion, kase napansin ko di na na nutralized mga replies nung kalaban nagconcentrate lang sya na may employee-employer relationship, yung unprofessional part, sa sinabi ng kalaban hindi nya sinagot, ayaw di man lang nya ako interviewhin kung bakit may ganun na mga nangyari although naipaliwanag ko isa-isa mga yun sa affidavit ko na ibinigay ko sa kanya pero di pa rin nya sinagot-isa isa mag yun

Nanalo yung agency dahil ung contract na pinakita ni attorney is malamang yung current contract na the employee signed and hindi pinakita ung paulit-ulit na 3 months contract. Question: meron u ba contract na naitatago na nagpapatunay na paulit-ulit ung 3 months contract? If meron, mananalo ka sa kaso laban sa agency, tiyak yun.

nakita ko article nyo it seems yung sgency does not hsve technical kniw how in the IT profession, kunwari magoatrain sila pero yung trainor hindi naman regular employee, contractor din lang eh yung pag train ng programmers ay nada core business nila pero contractual lahat
