Hi. pakiadvise po ako.
Yung aunt ko po (who is now a US citizen, married to naturally born US citizen) ay balak bumili ng lote.
Kakauwi lang nila ng Pinas pero ngayon nasa US na sila.
Yung lote na gusto nilang bilhin ay walang titulo kundi rights lang. Nakapangalan ito sa isang taong patay na. Me 3 anak ang nagmamay-ari ng titulo. Sa 3 anak ang isa ay nasa US din.

Paano po nila mabibili ang lote na walang titulo at ang 3 anak ay hindi kumpletong nandito sa Pilipinas?

First and foremost disqualified po yung foreigner to acquire real properties here in the philippines. so if bibilhin nya yung "rights" lang, the same effect, hinde nya rin ma pa titulohan ang lupa in her name kasi nga foreigner sya and bawal sya maka acquire ng property.

But then may solution dyan if your aunt is a natural born citizen.

Hi po..What if po gnito yun scenario (Filipino Citizen)..Rights lang din po yung nabili namin and it is awarded sa other name. Lumalabas po na second owner ako in verbal and wala po akong pinanghahawakan na papers till now. Pero accdg sa HOA nakalagay na ang name ko sa masterlist. What proper documents do I have to ask them para me panghawakan po ako. And I already build a house there.

I really need an advise po with this..thank you po.. Smile

3 Need legal advice po with this.. I bought a Lot na Rights lang and I still have no proof na nabili ko yung lupa Sat Feb 21, 2015 10:51 pm
