Good day!. I'm seeking for any advice. I hope you can help me about inheritance land. My mother sell her inherited land from her parents before without our (child) consent. My question is can I hold the deed of sale and don't sign it?. And if I sign it can I ask a cash or half of the land as my share from the buyer?. As a child what is my right in the land?. In my own opinion is it right that only the share of mother are sold and not mine? Tnx. I hope for your reply. Tnx

(Asuming you are grown up,
you are the only child to your father,
the property was conjugal (=owned by bioth your father and mother)
and there is no will from your father.)

Normaly all have to sign, but I don't know if the surviving spouse (=as your mother) has right to decide.

Concerning shares you DON'T have half.
First your mother get the half she had allready by it was conjugal,
then you and your mother split the REST equal.
=1/4 is yours.

The land is not conjugal because the land is inherited from her parents(grandparents) to my mother when she was not yet married to my father. Do I still have a rights or share?

Oh. When did they marry?
I believe the change was 1987.
If before the change, then whole is your mother's until she die.
If after the change, then I not sure but I believe 1/4 is yours.
