Hi. Good day. I recently met a vehicular accident. I need to submit my insurance policy to process my TPL claim. Would you know how to request for another copy of car insurance policy? I asked help from my local insurer and was referred to the main office in Manila. I really appreciate any help so I can process my TPL claim to pay for the hospital bills.
I'm thinking of paying another premium from the same insurer so I can have a copy of the policy. Will this be valid, considering that the car accident happened last Dec10. Again, thank you for the help!
