Arresto Menor

Greetings po! Marami na po sa mga electronics company sa ngayon dito sa Laguna and Batangas Area ang gumagawa ng "No Day-Off Policy" Sa pagkaka alam ko po ito ay BAWAL, the employee needs at least a day of rest (1 day per week). Alam naman din natin na sometimes advantage din yung mag straight 7 days a week working ka, para mejo malaki ang salary, pero meron Electronics Company sa Batangas (FPIP), Korean sub-own company na inuutusan nila ang mga employee nila na pumasok ng sunday (which is dapat yun ang rest day or Day off nila). They force the employee na pumasok at kung hindi ka pumasok you're on AWOL, or possible of TERMINATION or they force you to file a Resignation kapag nagreport ka ulit for duty kahit ayaw magresign.

Atty, ano po ba ang pwedeng ikaso sa company na ito?
Salamat po.
