Hi PinoyLawyer. Meron po ako Internet Cafe na mina-manage. Nagkaroon ng financial problem yung owner, decided na ibenta yung shop. Interesado po ako yung bibili. Ano po ba yung mga kailangan ko na legal documents para maging smooth at legal yung pag take over ko ng shop?

Meron po existing 5yrs contract yung owner ng shop dun sa landlord. Ano po yung kailangan ko na documents para ma-secure ko na ako magtutuloy nung contract sa landlord. Marami po kasi nagkaka interest sa pwesto at may fear ako na baka paalisin ako ng hindi natatapos yung contract.
