good day po sa inyo. kasi po nag end po ang contract ko nung june pa po. so nag pa clearance po ako sa dati ko pong company. ang binigay po saking clearance form ay " EMPLOYEE TERMINATION CLEARANCE " . kasi daw po wala daw po silang ibang form.

tanong ko lang po kung ang lalabas po ba ay terminated ako hindi po end of contract? kasi sabi po nung kaibigan ko tinerminate daw po ako eh hindi naman. kasi yun daw po yung nakasulat sa papel. naguguluhan po ako. salamat

termination should not be looked purely as meaning being fired. i don't see any major problem with the document title. what is more important what it says in the body of the document.
