Please help me regarding to my recent company. Is it valid that they terminate my contract as a probationary for 6month without any formal letter or warning from them? Actually I'm working as customer relation specialist for almost 4months I still have 2Months before they terminate my contract.

And also I don't receive any copy of my contract since I started working.

I already coordinated in nlrc to complaint and our first hearing will be on February 9, and I don't know what to do to defend my case.

That is a big problem in your part. They can terminate your contract anytime since there is no legally binding document for you to pursue them. And you are still under a probationary status(take note probationary is different from contractual which is mostly used now as when you are contractual they can end your contract anytime without any reason at all) they can just say poor performance.
