tama po b ito?

Management obtained the agreement of the buyer that the buyer will hire all our current employees at the same salary and will be given the same benefits under the old company, however, given that it will be a new company , all employees must undergo a probationary period of six 6 months.
As we have to close the company for business losses, the law does not require the company to pay separation benefits.
However, as a token of our appreciation of the services rendered to our company ,management will be giving a cash gift to each employee based on each employee’s length of service.
