Advice lang po.
Nahire po ako last jun 2012 but nakabond po ng 1year amounting to PHP150K for the training pero ala pong training na naganap instead it is just a knowledge transfer from our onshore lead. Now, I resigned, in the company kasi sobrang nahihirapan ako sa sked (GY). the company insisted that I should pay the bond plus the signing bonus in full amount(while I recieved only partial as they deducted the tax) also, I need to complete the 60 day noticed

Just to cut the story short, I agreed to pay for the bond and complete the 60 days notice. para indi na ko mahassle sa next work ko.

Questions:
1. is it legal that I need to pay the bond and signing bonus. since sila naman unang nag breach ng contract dahil ala naman silang training na provide?
2. pede ko pa po kayang habulin un. kasi nag kautang utang ako just to pay for it.

I am presuming nagsign ka ng paper or contract? Kasi kugn nagsign ka for all those specific details na nabanggit mo, wala ka na mahahabol dun. You signed, so nagagree ka. Unless pinilit ka nila magsign or tinakot ka.

Ginagwa talga ng companies yan na mag pabond ng empleyado. for some companies, pro-rated ang babayaran while sa iba buo regardless kung 11 month mo na then 1 month na lang tapos na ang bond mo.

It all boils down sa pinirmahan mo.

yan po mahirap sa mga companies ngayon.. naniniguro.. once na pumirma ka.. you are bound to finish the contract.. otherwise you are liable to pay..

Sinabi mo..pero sa pagbabasa ko ng thread about bonds, nagaadvice si moderator to file a complaint for backpay and last pay sa nlrc ..

Ako nga hahabulin ko yun e...nagresign din kasi ako while on signed bond sa Telus

confused, at this point, i believe your remedy would be to file a complaint to annul your agreement, else it stands as valid.

Pede po bang gawing grounds ang mga sumusunod?
1. pinapa offset nila ang sick leave. (kaya ka nga nagSL kasi d na kaya d ba? pero the next day pag pasok mo You have to render 10 hours a day for 4 consecutive days just to offset ung sickleave mo)
2. nirequire nilang pumasok on weekend and holiday even ala namang urgent the task.
3. malabo ang holidays na sinusunod. Nung una, philippine holidays, then later it became company holidays (indi kasi lahat ng philippine holidays sinusunod nila meron lang silang list of company holidays). then it became, US holiday, since we are assigned in US region. kung ano convinient sa kanila un ang susundin.
