Hi Attorney,

There is one lawyer in the company who use his power just to create an issue with illegal dismissal of the president, and vice president. To cut the story short the said attorney is now the president of the company. She even file a estafa case for the terminated employee worth less than 50k. In which we are spending more with our own attorney than the money which would be payed for. But outside the company this said attorney points to the stock holders that the officials are corrupt and get millions of money. 2 attorney said that we can file perjury to the said attorney. My question can we file a complain and process our own without the help of attorney? Because attorney in the philippines is so expensive. Thanks!

You may start by filing a complaint with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.

I beg to disagree with your comment that lawyers in the Philippines are expensive. There are lawyers out there who practice their profession without the intention of enriching themselves. Besides, under the Rule on Mandatory Legal Aid Service, practicing lawyers are required to render pro bono legal aid services to indigent clients. Also, there's the Public Attorney's Office, which provides free legal services to qualified persons.
