Arresto Menor

Sometime August 2011, I acquired the services of a small IT firm to make me an inventory program. In their signed proposal, it was stated that they will make full turn over in 60 days, but its already past 120 days. Even with countless demands via sms and facebook, they still failed to deliver. Can I file for delay? do I still need to send them a formal demand through a lawyer? can I use facebook messages as evidence against them? can I collect damages from them? Thanks

ask ko lang po if after namin mag file ng case sa co-worker namin ng stafa,then nagpadala po kami ng demand letter,ang problem po eh palipat2x yata ng place ,so pano po namin marereceive ung reply nya kung hndi nman po pala xa nakitra sa address na pinadalhan namin,gano po katagal ang warrant para marelease?tnx po
