Digitel failed to give the service and return the payment for the service.

Sir,

Saan ho ba ako makakapag file ng complaint about sa digitel.

Hindi daw kasi nila maainstallan yung bahay namin at hindi nila sinasauli yung installation fee (3k pesos) ng internet na binayad namin.

*Aditional info

Sabi ng digitel orani branch eh 2 months pa bago nila maibabalik yung pera dahil daw nasa main branch pa which we argued na unfair naman yun at dapat weeks lang naibalik na samin. Dumating ho yung 2 months eh wala pa rin. nireklamo na din namin sa main branch ng digitel at inaasikaso daw nila pero 3 months na ho kaming naghihintay wala pa rin. Ang rason ho nila kung bakit matagal eh nasa manila daw yung pera. Nagpadala ho ako ng demand letter sa email ng Customer support ho nila na if april 23 eh hindi nila babalik eh magsasampa kami ng kaso sa kanila.

Naaawa kasi ako sa tatay ko kasi pera nya yun, and kababalik balik dun sa digitel eh nagkasakit kaya ako na ho yung kumikilos.
