Reckless Imprudence Resulting to damage to property

Good day. While I was driving on my way to work last Sept 30, a bus WITH NO BREAKS hit me and dragged me 50-100 meters across the street. That was while im on stop because the stop light was red. The damage was so severe that if anyone was in the car with me, they would have died. Luckily I survived with no injuries. But my car was destroyed. The owner of the bus company said they would only give me 30k php. I bought my car for 70k Php, and added upgrades and had repairs to it before I could use it (total value was 109k php). I know I could file Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Damage to Property for that, but the fact that they COULD HAVE KILLED ME, is there a separate case that I could file for that? And regarding my property, will I get the amount that I demand? Thanks and more power.
