Arresto Menor

sa aming company marami po akong kasama na sinabing on call lng na empleyado pro ang oras po nila ay 8 hrs a day & 6 days a week.
Two years na po sila ngwork sa company bilang on call.
Tanong ko lang po,diba ang sinasabing oncall lang ay iyong tinatawag pag may okasyon o peak season?
Ano po ang dapat naming gawin para maregular na ang mga kasama ko?
Tapos iyong pong sahod namin ay hindi minimum wage dito sa dumaguete city....
